Fill the form to submit. After send, email CAD / PDF drawings to info@sspipefitting.com if needed.
Use the inquiry form on this page to request an OEM / ODM quote for pipe fittings and CNC parts. Tell us material, thread, finish, quantity, and any critical tolerances. After you submit, email drawings to info@sspipefitting.com so engineering can review the print.
A complete package usually includes PDF + STEP/IGES (or DXF/DWG), first-lot quantity, annual volume if known, and required documents such as MTR. Clear files help us return manufacturability notes and pricing direction within about 24 hours on business days.
Factory: Damixi, Longxi, Yuhuan, Zhejiang, China. Mobile / WhatsApp and telephone are listed in the contact card beside the form.
Frequently asked questions
01What should I send for a fast OEM quote?
Send a PDF print plus STEP/IGES when possible, then list material grade, thread standard, finish, critical tolerances, first-lot quantity, and annual volume. Submit the form on this page and email drawings to info@sspipefitting.com with the same company name in the subject.
02How do I submit drawings with my inquiry?
Use the inquiry form for contact details and project notes, then email CAD/PDF/ZIP files to info@sspipefitting.com. Useful formats: STEP, IGES, PDF, DXF/DWG, or a ZIP pack. Keep attachments practical for email size; large packs can be split or shared by link.
03How fast do you reply to RFQs?
Complete packages usually receive quotation guidance within about 24 hours on business days. If the print is missing thread standard, material, or quantity, we will ask clarifying questions first so the price is not based on guesswork.
04What is your typical MOQ?
Many forged / high-volume fitting programs start around 2,000 pcs, but CNC pilots and complex turn parts can be quoted lower when the geometry requires it. Tell us pilot quantity and yearly volume so we can propose a realistic first lot.
05Can you quote from a sample if I do not have a drawing yet?
Yes for many fittings. Ship or photograph the sample with measured critical sizes, then we can reverse-engineer and issue a drawing for your approval before mass production. A controlled print is still preferred for repeat orders.
06Do you sign NDA before reviewing customer drawings?
Yes. If your sourcing process needs an NDA first, say so in the inquiry notes or email. We can review the agreement before you send controlled drawings.
07What lead time should I plan after order?
Lead time depends on process route (CNC bar vs forging/heading + secondary), material stock, finish, and inspection scope. After we confirm the print, we give a production window with the formal quote. Rush pilots are discussed case by case.
08Which thread standards and materials can you support?
Common threads include NPT, NPTF, BSPP (G), BSPT, metric, and UN/UNF. Materials commonly include carbon steel, stainless (such as 304/316 families), and selected brass or aluminum programs. Final grade and finish follow your approved print.
09Can you provide inspection documents or material certificates?
Yes when the PO asks for them. Typical requests include MTR / material certificates, dimensional reports, and thread gauge records for critical features. Write the document list in your inquiry so we plan it into the quote.
10Do you ship internationally from Yuhuan, China?
Yes. We pack for export and can arrange shipment terms discussed on the quote (for example EXW / FOB style coordination). Include destination country and preferred Incoterms in the notes if you already have them.
