Fasteners around fitting assemblies — hex nuts, lock features, special nuts, and related CNC hardware — often decide whether a bulkhead or adapter can be serviced in the field. Hongqian supplies OEM fastener-style parts alongside pipe fittings so thread system, material, and finish stay consistent across the BOM.

Programs may use carbon or stainless, with plating or passivation matched to the mating fitting. We quote from drawings (or approved reverse-engineered prints) and align go/no-go checks to the thread standard you specify.

Keeping fastener and fitting threads aligned

Hardware failures often come from mixing thread systems across a BOM. We prefer to quote nuts and fittings together when they share a standard, so gauge selection and inspection notes stay consistent. Special features — prevailing torque, slots, flanges, or non-standard hex — should be called out early because they change blank and secondary operations.

Send annual volume even for small hex parts. Heading economics appear quickly once demand is clear, and pilots can still stay on CNC while tooling is evaluated.
