01Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a factory. Yuhuan Hongqian Machinery runs OEM/ODM machining in-house —programming, CNC production, inspection, and packing under one roof in Yuhuan, Zhejiang.
02What is the difference between your OEM and ODM service?
OEM: you provide drawings and specifications; we manufacture to your brand and requirements. ODM: we help refine a manufacturable design, then produce it as your contract manufacturing partner.
03Is contract manufacturing your main business?
Yes. Most export programs are OEM/ODM contract machining for overseas brands and industrial buyers —not catalog trading.
04What materials and thread standards can you machine?
Core materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, and aluminum. Threads include NPT, BSPT, BSPP, Metric, UNC/UNF, and mixed combinations. Every production batch can be Go/No-Go gauge checked.
05What should I send for an accurate OEM quote?
Send STEP / IGES / PDF / CAD drawings, material grade, thread callouts, surface treatment, estimated quantity, and any required certificates (MTR, hardness, dimensional report). Complete files usually get quotation guidance within 24 hours.
06What is your typical MOQ and sample lead time?
Custom fitting programs commonly start near 2,000 pcs, depending on complexity. Sample lead time is often around 10 working days after drawing confirmation and material readiness.
07Do you provide samples, MTR, and inspection reports?
Yes. Samples are recommended before mass production. Mill test reports, spectrometer PMI data, hardness reports, and dimensional inspection records can be supplied on request.
08Can you do private-label marking and export packing?
Yes. Laser marking is available for logos, part numbers, thread types, and batch codes. Parts ship with protective caps, film layers, labels, and packing suited for export logistics.
09Can you reverse-engineer from a physical sample?
Yes, within practical limits. Send a sample or detailed measurements and we will evaluate reverse engineering for stable production.
10Which industries do you usually support?
