Bulkhead Fittings

Bulkhead fittings solve a simple problem: get fluid or air through a panel or tank wall without leaks, then keep service access practical on both sides. In OEM programs that means the print has to lock hole diameter, seal method, thread form, and nut/washer stack — not only a catalog silhouette.

We support common thread systems (NPT, BSPP/G, BSPT, metric, UN families), carbon or stainless materials, and finishes aligned to the service environment. When a sample exists without a print, we can reverse-engineer and issue an approval drawing before volume.

What we check before quoting a bulkhead

• Panel / tank hole size and thickness range
• Seal stack (O-ring, washer, bonded seal, taper sealant)
• Thread standard and engagement length
• Hex / flats for assembly torque
• Material grade and coating or passivation

Export packing and documents

After dimensions and threads pass the agreed inspection plan, parts are cleaned and packed for export. When your purchase order asks for gauge records, material certificates, or dimensional reports, tell us at RFQ stage so documentation is prepared with the lot. Mixed carbon and stainless bulkhead programs can be quoted on one BOM when each line carries its own grade and finish.

If you are transferring a part from another supplier, send the previous accepted drawing revision and any known gauge notes. We will flag formability or plating risks before locking price and lead time.
