What we check before quoting

Materials: 1020, 1045, 12L14, 1215, Q235B, 42crmo etc. (High strength and excellent machinability).

Threads: NPT, NPTF, BSPP (G), BSPT (R/RP), Metric (M), UNF, UNEF, etc. (99% verified by Go/No-Go gauges).

Finish: Electroless Nickel Plating, Zinc Plating (Clear/Yellow), Passivation, Anodizing, Black Oxide, Heat treatment , Chrome plated,Dacromet,etcs.

Tolerance reference: Standard Tolerance:±0.02mm Critical dims should still be marked on your 2D.
