Expertise: materials, threads, and finishes we publish
Stainless steel options on our capability sheet include common grades such as 201, 303, 304, 316, and 316L. Carbon steel options include 1020, 1045, 12L14, 1215, Q235B, 42CrMo and similar machinable grades. Brass, copper, aluminum, and other alloys are available on request.
Thread standards we regularly machine: NPT, NPTF, BSPP (G), BSPT (R/RP), Metric (M), UNF, UNEF, and mixed combinations when the drawing requires them. Production threads can be verified with Go/No-Go gauges.
Surface treatments available on the same manufacturing line include electroless nickel plating, zinc plating (clear/yellow), passivation, anodizing, black oxide, heat treatment, chrome plating, and Dacromet. Finish choice should follow corrosion and appearance needs on the RFQ—not a default marketing claim.
Reference machining tolerance on the published sheet is ±0.02 mm. Tighter critical dimensions are reviewed against process capability before we promise them on a quote.

Hot forging / red punching, cold heading, and secondary CNC machining are selected by geometry and volume.
