What we check before quoting

Materials, threads, and finish

Materials: 1020, 1045, 12L14, 1215, Q235B, 42crmo etc. (High strength and excellent machinability).    / 201,304, 316, 316L, 303, etc. (For superior corrosion resistance and high-hygiene environments).

Threads: NPT, NPTF, BSPP (G), BSPT (R/RP), Metric (M), UNF, UNEF, etc. (99% verified by Go/No-Go gauges).

Finish: Electroless Nickel Plating, Zinc Plating (Clear/Yellow), Passivation, Anodizing, Black Oxide, Heat treatment , Chrome plated,Dacromet,etcs.

Tolerance reference: Standard Tolerance:±0.02mm Critical dims should still be marked on your 2D.

How this part is usually made

Body, seal face, and outlet (NPT or barb) are machined to the print. Panel hole and wall thickness need to be on the RFQ—we don’t guess stack-up.
